WOODINVILLE, WA - The Woodinville Falcons Girls Basketball team finished the regular season with three wins at home this week, ending the year with a perfect 13-0 record in KingCo conference play.
The Falcons opened the week with a 80-43 home win over Newport in a makeup game from last week. Woodinville jumped ahead to a 19-9 lead in the first quarter and led by double digits for the rest of the game, allowing some bench players to enter the game in the second half. Once again the Falcons used their winning formula of playing great defense and controlling the boards to cruise to a win. Jaecy Eggers led the team with a double-double of 21 points and 11 rebounds, Jazyln Wilkerson had 17 points, Lyla Kahrimanov had 13 points and 9 rebounds, and Macartney Noe, Lizzie Ruff, Hailey Quiggle, Sienna Bieler, and Kamryn Willie all added three pointers to enter the scorebook.
Woodinville then beat Inglemoor 58-27 in a defensive battle. Although both teams struggled with shooting the ball, they each finished with a field goal percentage under 40%. Despite this, the Falcons simply overpowered Inglemoor, out rebounding the Vikings and controlling the game defensively.

As per usual, Woodinville sprinted out to a double-digit lead in the first quarter and cruised through the rest of the game.
